Recording a Purchase

Add incoming stock from a supplier.

1. Go to Purchases → Add Purchase.
2. Select the Supplier from the dropdown (or create a new one).
3. Select the store Location receiving the stock.
4. Add products and quantities with their purchase prices.
5. Set Payment Status: Paid, Partial, or Credit.
6. Save — stock is automatically increased.
